Water Rocket

Recently, Ben and Kurt built a water bottle rocket launcher. It is a cool, inexpensive project for father and son. They had a great time with it.

Launching the rocket!
They went to the school's soccer field and got quite a bit of height
on the rocket!

Easter is Coming

Easter is coming....I know....a few months from now.....

Happy New Year 2012

Happy New Year to each of you!

I don't really have a new year resolution other than to......
Only be very careful to observe the commandment and the law
that Moses the servant of the LORD commanded you,
to love the LORD your God, and to walk in all his ways and to keep
his commandments and to cling to him and to serve him with
all your heart and with all your soul." (Joshua 22:4-6)

Blessings to you!!!!

Hebrews 13:20 - 21
Now may the God of peace who brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, the great shepherd of the sheep, by
the blood of the eternal covenant,
equip you with everything good that you may do his will,
working in us that which is pleasing in his sight,
through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen.

Holiday Time

Our camera has died so taking pictures is a rarer event these days.

The girls had a "White Christmas" party a few days before Christmas day.

A package from the USA arrived on Christmas Eve day, providing about 2/3rds of the gifts under the tree for the kids. What a blessing!

We had a Christmas Eve Day Brunch in the morning with some friends.
Christmas Day we went to church and had a family meal, complete with turkey and mashed potatoes.
We are thankful to God for all His blessings and provisions.

Blessings to you as you celebrate the coming New Year.
